Sad news from a local business that served a great purpose.

The only one that is 'close' to our area that is indicated on the Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild website to be serving the new state beer is Snarky Loon in Jenkins, which is near Pequot Lakes.

So far Rustech Brewing has only raised $475 dollars of its $50,000 goal according to the GoFundMe page.

"We need to put our families financial issues, our families happiness, and our families safety first."

Craft brewing in Minnesota is exploding. There are more than 150 Breweries open now, with more opening all the time.

It's the oldest saloon still operating here in Minnesota, and it's been in operation for over 165 years now!
